Sprout is a name given to me by an early childhood caretaker turned guardian angel that reminds and returns me to a state of innocence, connectedness and presence.
Sprout Supply is an archive of resources and reminders I made to keep myself rooted in the natural world while existing and expressing in our manufactured world.
My intention is to share items that serve and support my self-discovery and self-realization with hope and trust that they will do the same for others.
